Our Mission is to provide comprehensive physical medicine, rehabilitation programs and services to the community, aimed at restoring or improving the health and quality of life for individuals with functional limitations or potential disabilities through a ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

Our Vision is to be a preeminent and growing healthcare system focused on community needs and being the employer of choice committed to providing a broad spectrum of physical rehabilitation services in the safest environment and to the highest quality and value to our customer, payors and stakeholders.

Ethical and Professional Standards
All patient services and business practices are conducted according to the highest ethical and professional standards. Patient rights are upheld and protected by all employees of the organization. Admission, discharge and transfer decisions for patients will be made without regard to age, race, gender, ethnic or national origin, sexual orientation, religion, creed, disability or diagnosis. No patient will be excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of, any care or services on the grounds of race, color, national origin, age or disability. Patients are billed only for services and care provided. All reimbursable charges are billed to patients' insurance companies. Every effort is made to ensure that prospective patients are provided complete and accurate information to assist them and their families in making informed decisions as to care and recommended services. Infringements of Adventist Rehab organizational ethics should be reported to the Compliance Officer.
